A HOME for MINDFUL MEN

OUR GUILD SERVEs HIGH-PERFORMING MEN seeking SUPPORT, guidance and BROTHERHOOD ON their Life’s PATH.

In our community, men come together to heal and grow.

Through online meetings and in-person retreats and expeditions, you’ll meet safe and intentional men who you can relate to – husbands, fathers, entrepreneurs, and other high-performers – who each have their own struggles and come together to support one another through it all.

Find your COMMUNITY.

  • Spend time working on themselves regularly

  • Have some experience in therapy, meditation, or inner work

  • Are willing to be vulnerable as they get to know other men

  • Can commit to a 2-hour meeting once per month (minimum)

  • Want to support others and are open to being supported

Most men in our community are executives or entrepreneurs. Some have families or are in relationships, others divorced. The average age is 40, with guys as young as 30 and as wise as 60.

If this sounds like a group you might get along with, we encourage you to apply to join via the button below.

  • The retreat was an incredible safe space and community of brothers to grow in wellbeing and make a paradigm shift together into further growth and healing. As a busy COO one of America’s fastest growing companies, it’s been so long since I’ve had the right opportunity could unplug and take the special time needed to reconnect with myself, find healing and practice mindfulness – and the reconnect retreat was the perfect place to do that and even discover like-minded brothers and get excellent guidance in psilocybin therapy.”

  • Having the guidance of Jack and Louis during the meditations and conscious connected breath sessions has been powerful in away I could have never imagined. They changed my entire perspective on words, gratitude, and surrender.

  • I feel connected, seen, and safe in a way my soul has been yearning for for a very long time

  • From the moment everyone was together, Louis and Jack created a warm, open, and accepting environment for everyone. There was an immediate sense of safety that allowed me to bring down my walls and truly explore myself and express it. Details were meticulous. Every morning there were sessions to settle into yourself for the experiences of the day. I would encourage anyone looking to deepen their self-awareness and care to do so with skilled guides not think twice about attending a Woven retreat. The only bad thing I have to say is that I wanted more time with the incredible men who attended the retreat.

  • The retreat was incredible. I came hoping to find certain answers. Instead, I was delivered something better. I did not get what I wanted out of it, I got what my body and soul needed.

THE GUILD’S

CODE

Guilds need codes. Designed with our founding members, our code represents the principles we strive to live by—a compass to guide us on our life’s journey. While none of us are perfect, and mistakes are part of the path, we believe that living in alignment with these values helps us grow into the best version of ourselves for ourselves, our people and all life on Earth.

  • Walk in harmony with yourself, others, and the Earth. Recognize the interconnectedness of all life and honor the present moment as sacred through balance and reciprocity.

  • Seek self-awareness and understanding of your role in the greater whole. Embrace your strengths, shadows, and truths as pathways to growth.

  • Engage in daily practices that strengthen resilience, cultivate mindfulness, and deepen spiritual connection. Align your inner and outer worlds through disciplined effort.

  • Let your actions reflect kindness, authenticity, and respect. Treat all beings with dignity and approach life with an open heart and clear intention.

  • Recognize the sacredness in yourself, others, and the natural world. Approach life with gratitude, reverence, and a sense of responsibility for the web of life.

  • Understand that true courage lies in being open and authentic. Share your truth and hold space for others with humility and compassion.

  • Dedicate your efforts to the well-being of your community, the planet, and future generations. Strive to leave the world better than you found it.

  • Cultivate harmony between opposites—strength and gentleness, action and stillness, individuality and community. Trust in the wisdom of balance.

  • Learn from the natural world and Indigenous teachings. Understand that the Earth is not a resource to be used but a teacher to be honored.

  • Accept that the journey of self-discovery, mindfulness, and wholeness has no endpoint. Embrace each step as an opportunity for transformation.

Meet your guides

Since 2022, Louis and Jack have been collaborating on a range of projects, including hosting 200+ person ceremonies, building a leadership agency, teaching people how to use psychedelics safely, and guiding retreats and expeditions across Canada.

  • Yoga, Mindfulness & Breathwork Teacher
    Psychedelic Researcher & Guide

Louis is a psychedelic researcher and guide, as well as a yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork teacher. His work is dedicated to deepening our knowledge of psychedelics, spirituality, and planetary health, in addition to helping people connect with their innate wisdom and navigate life’s complexities through mindfulness and holistic health practices. He is passionate about personal growth and thrives on supporting others in developing their consciousness and discovering their true nature.

Louis's journey began at 17, when he discovered the transformative potential of psychedelics. These early experiences, combined with an innate curiosity about psychology and spirituality, sparked a lifelong passion for exploring Zen Buddhism, yogic philosophy, and Indigenous traditions. In 2020, he graduated from McGill University with majors in Psychology, Philosophy, and Comparative Religion. He understands psychedelic experience as a fundamental human right with important implications for individual, community, and planetary health. This view drives his commitment to democratizing informed access to psychedelics through research, education, and community support. As the founder of Psygaia, Louis is now working on the Psygaia Hypothesis while completing his MA at the University of Ottawa.

As a certified yoga and breathwork teacher, Louis shares his expertise in rehab centers and studios, empowering others on their journey toward wholeness. In his free time, he loves backcountry skiing, trail running, writing, gardening, meditating, weightlifting, and anything else that connects him to Nature and ignites his spirit.

  • Somatic Healing Guide
    Breathwork Facilitator

Jack is a somatic healing guide and performance coach who helps people improve their mindset and mental health. His mission is deeply personal, drawing from experiences with overcoming anxiety, PTSD, and panic attacks. Jack’s toolkit spans many modalities including shadow work, breathwork, somatic therapy, men's work, and psychedelic integration.

In February 2025, Jack received his 80-hour wilderness first responder (WFR) training in order to provide medical support in the backcountry, building on dozens of backcountry skiing, hiking, and canoe trips he’s been on since he was a kid.

His goal is to support you in coming into wholeness – meaning feeling safety, love, trust, and connection with all parts of yourself. Jack loves to ski, read, go hiking, play guitar, and DJ – anything that stirs up adrenaline (safely) or moves his heart.
