A COMMUNITY TO HEAL & GROW ALONGSIDE

Where high-performing men
do the inner work.

Mindful practice. Honest conversation. Real brotherhood.

A small, tight-knit community of men committed to becoming better versions of themselves.

A place to process what conventional success can't solve.

We meet once a month — to meditate, to breathe, to speak honestly about what's going on in our lives. It's a space to process, to be heard, and to stay accountable to the kind of man you're trying to become.

Outside of calls, we stay connected. We show up for each other when it's needed — not out of obligation, but because we've built real trust.

A few times a year, we meet in person. Time together in the real world to deepen what we've built online.

The men here are driven — entrepreneurs, executives, creatives, fathers — but that's not the point. What matters is that you're doing the work.

Three practices.
One purpose.

Meditation practice

01

Meditation & Breathwork

Monthly guided practice to quiet the mind, regulate the body, and show up fully present.

Council circle

02

Honest Council

Men speaking truthfully about their lives — their struggles, wins, and the questions they don't ask anywhere else.

In-person retreat

03

In-Person Retreats

A few times a year, we gather in the real world. Expeditions, adventures, and time together that deepens everything.

This isn't for
everyone.

We're building this slowly and intentionally. The men who belong here already know it. You've looked inward before — and you're willing to keep going.

Men in nature
  • 01

You take responsibility for your life.

No victim stories. You're the author of what happens next.

  • 02

You're honest, even when it's uncomfortable.

The work only happens when men tell the truth.

  • 03

You want real connection — not networking.

We're not building a business directory. We're building brotherhood.

  • 04

You can commit to showing up consistently.

One 2-hour call per month, minimum. That's the ask.

  • 05

You're open to giving and receiving support.

You'll be heard. You'll also be expected to show up for others.

  • 06

You've done some inner work before.

Therapy, meditation, breathwork — something. You know what it means to look inward.

Most of our men are entrepreneurs, executives, or fathers in their 30s and 40s. What they share isn't a job title — it's a willingness to be honest and go deeper.

Ten principles.
A compass for the journey.

Designed with our founding members, our code represents the principles we strive to live by. None of us are perfect. The code isn't a standard to meet — it's a direction to move toward.

Recognize that you are part of something larger than yourself. Your choices ripple outward — into your family, your community, the world. Act accordingly.
Self-knowledge is the foundation of everything. Understand your patterns, your wounds, your gifts. Know where you stand in the web of relationships that sustain you.
Wholeness demands all three. The disciplined mind, the capable body, the cultivated spirit — each one serves the others. Don't neglect what is inconvenient to develop.
Do what you say. Say what you mean. And when you act, let compassion lead. Integrity is not about being perfect — it's about being honest when you're not.
There is something worth revering in every person, every place, every moment of genuine presence. Develop the eyes to see it, and the humility to honor it.
The man who can be seen — truly seen — is stronger than the man who hides. In this guild, you practice letting yourself be known. That takes more courage than most men ever find.
Your success is only as meaningful as what you do with it. Look for ways to give back — to your community, your brothers, to life. Service is not optional; it is what gives everything else its weight.
Extremes are easy. Balance is hard. The middle path isn't weak — it's the result of holding contradictions without collapsing into one side. Discipline and ease. Ambition and contentment. Strength and softness.
Step outside. Slow down. The natural world has been teaching long before any of us arrived. Seasons, cycles, stillness — there is instruction in all of it, for those willing to be quiet enough to hear it.
There is no destination. The work continues for as long as you're alive. Stay curious. Stay humble. The moment you believe you've arrived is the moment you stop growing.

Ready?

The work doesn't
wait. Neither should you.

We keep the guild small on purpose. Spots open when the right man shows up. If that's you — apply.

Applications are reviewed personally. We'll reach out if it's a fit.
