A SMALL COMMUNITY OF MEN
Mindful practice. Honest conversation. Real brotherhood.
What We Are
By conventional measures, the men here are doing fine. That's part of what makes it hard to talk about. Success answers a lot of questions and leaves the harder ones alone, and there aren't many places a man can say so out loud.
This is one of those places.
We meet once a month for two hours. We practice meditation or breathwork, and then we talk about what's actually going on. Nobody performs here. You get heard, and you get held to the kind of man you said you were trying to become.
Between calls we stay in touch. When something goes sideways for one of us, the others show up. Not out of obligation, but because by then you actually know each other.
A few times a year we get together in person. Being in the same room does something video calls can't.
Most of the men here are busy. Entrepreneurs, executives, creatives, fathers. None of that earns you anything in this room. What matters is whether you do the work, and whether the people around you can feel that you have.
What We Do
01
Monthly guided practice to quiet the mind, regulate the body, and show up fully present.
02
Men speaking truthfully about their lives: their struggles, wins, and the questions they don't ask anywhere else.
03
A few times a year, we gather in the real world. Expeditions, adventures, and time together that deepens everything.
Who This Is For
We're building this slowly and on purpose. You don't need to have it figured out. You do need to have looked inward before, and to be willing to keep going.
You take responsibility for your life.
No victim stories. You're the author of what happens next.
You're honest, even when it's uncomfortable.
The work only happens when men tell the truth.
You want real connection, not networking.
We're not building a business directory. We're building brotherhood.
You can commit to showing up consistently.
One 2-hour call per month, minimum. That's the ask.
You're open to giving and receiving support.
You'll be heard. You'll also be expected to show up for others.
You've done some inner work before.
Therapy, meditation, breathwork — something. You know what it means to look inward.
Most of our men are entrepreneurs, executives, or fathers in their 30s and 40s. What they share isn't a job title. It's a willingness to be honest and go deeper.
The Guild's Code
Designed with our founding members, our code represents the principles we strive to live by. None of us are perfect. The code marks a direction to move toward, not a bar to clear.
Ready?
We keep the guild small on purpose. Spots open when the right man shows up. If that's you, apply.
Applications are reviewed personally. We'll reach out if it's a fit.
