WELCOME TO THE GUILD.

THE MINDFUL MEN’S GUILD EXISTS TO GIVE HIGH-PERFORMING MEN BROTHERHOOD AND SUPPORT THROUGH EPIC EXPERIENCES, REGULAR FACILITATED GROUPS, AND GENUINE LIFELONG CONNECTION.

THE GUILD’S

CODE

Guilds need codes. Designed with our founding members, our code represents the principles we strive to live by—a compass to guide us on our life’s journey. While none of us are perfect, and mistakes are part of the path, we believe that living in alignment with these values helps us grow into the best version of ourselves—for ourselves, our communities and all life on Earth.

  • Walk in harmony with yourself, others, and the Earth. Recognize the interconnectedness of all life and honor the present moment as sacred through balance and reciprocity.

  • Seek self-awareness and understanding of your role in the greater whole. Embrace your strengths, shadows, and truths as pathways to growth.

  • Engage in daily practices that strengthen resilience, cultivate mindfulness, and deepen spiritual connection. Align your inner and outer worlds through disciplined effort.

  • Let your actions reflect kindness, authenticity, and respect. Treat all beings with dignity and approach life with an open heart and clear intention.

  • Recognize the sacredness in yourself, others, and the natural world. Approach life with gratitude, reverence, and a sense of responsibility for the web of life.

  • Understand that true courage lies in being open and authentic. Share your truth and hold space for others with humility and compassion.

  • Dedicate your efforts to the well-being of your community, the planet, and future generations. Strive to leave the world better than you found it.

  • Cultivate harmony between opposites—strength and gentleness, action and stillness, individuality and community. Trust in the wisdom of balance.

  • Learn from the natural world and Indigenous teachings. Understand that the Earth is not a resource to be used but a teacher to be honored.

  • Accept that the journey of self-discovery, mindfulness, and wholeness has no endpoint. Embrace each step as an opportunity for transformation.

Our “Why”

As men in today’s world, we face immense pressure to perform, succeed, be strong.

This pressure isn’t all bad… it likely helped you perform, achieve, and get to where you are today.

But for many of us, there’s something missing—a sense of true brotherhood and empathetic support.

A place where we can be authentically ourselves, with other men who care about our wellbeing.

A space where we feel safe to share our stories, emotions, reflections and visions.

A group that shows up for one another no matter what, with love and strength.

Welcome to The Mindful Men’s Guild.

Meet your guides

Since 2022, Louis and Jack have been collaborating on a range of projects, from hosting 200+ person ceremonies to creating courses and putting on world-class retreats.

  • Yoga, Mindfulness & Breathwork Teacher
    Psychedelic Researcher & Guide

Louis is a psychedelic researcher and guide, as well as a yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork teacher. His work is dedicated to deepening our knowledge of psychedelics, spirituality, and planetary health, in addition to helping people connect with their innate wisdom and navigate life’s complexities through mindfulness and holistic health practices. He is passionate about personal growth and thrives on supporting others in developing their consciousness and discovering their true nature.

Louis's journey began at 17, when he discovered the transformative potential of psychedelics. These early experiences, combined with an innate curiosity about psychology and spirituality, sparked a lifelong passion for exploring Zen Buddhism, yogic philosophy, and Indigenous traditions. In 2020, he graduated from McGill University with majors in Psychology, Philosophy, and Comparative Religion. He understands psychedelic experience as a fundamental human right with important implications for individual, community, and planetary health. This view drives his commitment to democratizing informed access to psychedelics through research, education, and community support. As the founder of Psygaia, Louis is now working on the Psygaia Hypothesis while completing his MA at the University of Ottawa.

As a certified yoga and breathwork teacher, Louis shares his expertise in rehab centers and studios, empowering others on their journey toward wholeness. In his free time, he loves backcountry skiing, trail running, writing, gardening, meditating, weightlifting, and anything else that connects him to Nature and ignites his spirit.

  • Somatic Healing Guide
    Breathwork Facilitator

Jack is a somatic healing guide and performance coach who helps people improve their mindset and mental health. His mission is deeply personal, drawing from experiences with overcoming anxiety, PTSD, and panic attacks. Jack’s toolkit spans many modalities including shadow work, breathwork, somatic therapy, men's work, and psychedelic integration.

In February 2025, Jack received his 80-hour wilderness first responder (WFR) training in order to provide medical support in the backcountry, building on dozens of backcountry skiing, hiking, and canoe trips he’s been on since he was a kid.

His goal is to support you in coming into wholeness – meaning feeling safety, love, trust, and connection with all parts of yourself. Jack loves to ski, read, go hiking, play guitar, and DJ – anything that stirs up adrenaline (safely) or moves his heart.
