1:1 Coaching

Bring the work into your life

One-to-one coaching with Louis or Jack, co-founders of the Mindful Men's Guild.

Why coaching

Insight is easy to come by. Living it is the hard part.

Retreats, books and good conversations can open something up. The real test is an ordinary Tuesday: an argument with your partner, a hard week at work, a quiet evening alone with your phone.

Coaching is individual support for bringing this work into everyday life. We pay close attention to what's actually happening: in your body, in your relationships, and in the gap between what you intend and what you do. Then we practice, and we follow through.

We won't hand you a new ideal of manhood to live up to. You'll get an honest, steady relationship with someone walking the same path, who wants you to become more available to the people you love and more able to act on what matters to you.

What we work on

Whatever is actually going on.

Most men come with something specific. It usually turns out to be connected to everything else.

  • Relationships and intimacy
  • Emotional healing
  • Purpose and work
  • Leadership
  • Anger and defensiveness
  • Grief and loss
  • Loneliness and friendship
  • Stress and burnout
  • A steady meditation practice
  • Meaning and identity
  • Values and direction
  • Following through
  • Psychedelic integration

How it works

Simple and steady, shaped around you.

  1. An intro call

A relaxed conversation about where you are, what you're looking for, and whether we're the right fit.

  2. Your coaching container

Regular one-to-one sessions over an agreed stretch of time, shaped around what you want to work on.

  3. Practice in between

Simple practices and reflections so the work carries into your days, not just our sessions.

Louis Belleau, MA

Co-founder

Louis is a life coach, meditation teacher and psychedelic guide based in Vancouver, BC. His approach is grounded in over a decade of contemplative practice, including Buddhist meditation and yoga, alongside a Master’s degree in Psychedelics & Consciousness Studies from the University of Ottawa. He works with men whose success no longer carries the meaning it once did, as questions of purpose, identity and spirituality come forward. Through honest conversation, contemplative practice and self-discovery, Louis helps men reconnect with a sense of calling—or make room for a new one—and live it through their work, relationships and contribution to the world.

Jack Bunce

Co-founder

Jack is a men’s emotional healing coach based in Vancouver, BC. His approach is grounded in over a decade of breathwork and meditation practice, alongside years of personal exploration with psychedelics, somatics and inner child healing. He works with men who are struggling in their relationships with their partners, whether that means reactivity during conflict, growing distance or feeling unsure how to show up. Through somatic practice, inner child work and mindfulness, Jack helps men understand the emotional patterns behind those struggles, feel more at home in themselves and build closer, healthier relationships with the partners they love.
